New York City, Here I Come!

I am off to join in the glorious pandemonium that is New York City Comic Con (and New York Anime Festival).  It's four days of geek heaven: comic book artists, sci-fi & fantasy TV show casts, authors, incredible costumes, and free books!  If you are ever in New York City during October, I highly reccommend that you go.  Librarians qualify for a Pro pass, which is cheaper than a four day pass, and the first day's panels are just for librarians, teacher-librarians, teachers, and other professionals.  I intend to come home with a very large stack of books and graphic novels, and a camera full of pictures.  To give you a taste, here are a few of my pictures from last year's con.
